Free Shipping
Free Worldwide Shipping: The shipping cost is included in the product price for all orders.
Orders are dispatched on regular business days (Monday to Friday) via DHL Express for international shipments and national postal services for Portugal and Spain.
Please note that order processing may take up to 24 hours before leaving our warehouse. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation email with all the details.
Import Taxes and Customs Duties
•For customers within the EU: No import duties or taxes will be applied to your order.
•For customers outside the EU: Your local customs office may impose import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend checking with your local authorities for further details.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during Portuguese national holidays, order dispatch may take additional business days.
Delivery
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. The package will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure someone is available at the specified location to receive it.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Bo Bo Noir cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If you realize that you have provided the wrong address, please contact us immediately at orders@bobonoir.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. However, if the package has already been shipped, modifications will not be possible.
Delivery Time
Our goal is to deliver your order within the following timeframes after you receive your shipping confirmation email:
- Europe: 1-3 business days
- Rest of the World: 2-5 business days
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance (when applicable) or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. The resolution process may take up to 30 days, depending on the courier’s investigation procedures. If the package is officially declared lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please first contact the courier directly by following the steps outlined in the “How can I view the status of my order?” section.

Currency & Pricing
Bo Bo Noir operates with the euro (€) as its primary currency but enables customers to shop and pay in their local currency, if supported. While product prices in euros remain fixed, prices displayed in other currencies may fluctuate daily due to exchange rate variations. This means the amount shown in your local currency may change from one day to the next.
Our website automatically detects your location and adjusts the displayed currency accordingly. If your location is not detected, you can manually select your country to view prices in your preferred currency.
Please note that, depending on your payment provider, additional transaction fees may apply. Bo Bo Noir is not responsible for any charges imposed by banks or financial institutions. We recommend checking with your provider if you have any concerns before completing your purchase.
